We are building up a new team of in-country (work-from-home) testers to help us testing a well-known Communication App and its products.
Our team is committed to providing a delightful experience to end users around the world. With regular testing cycles we want to ensure that we identify localization bugs – localization, functionality and UI – to prevent those bugs from making it to the live site.
The most critical point is to emulate the user experience with our software and ask these two questions:
• Does the language in the user interface help the user accomplish their task?
• Does the language in the user interface make accomplishing the task a fun experience?
